Custom trophies are made by designing the piece, selecting and shaping the material (cut crystal/acrylic, cast/pressed metal, machined wood), then laser engraving or UV printing names and logos, plating/polishing, and quality-checking before dispatch — all in-house at Meru Trophy, Bangalore. The making process, step by step
- Design & proof: shape, finish and engraving layout, approved digitally first.
- Material shaping: crystal and acrylic are precision-cut; metal is cast or pressed; wood is machined.
- Engraving & printing: laser engraving (incl. sub-surface 3D in crystal) and full-colour UV printing.
- Plating & polishing: electroplated finishes on metal; edge polishing on crystal/glass.
- Assembly & QC: bases, name plates and a final quality check.
- Packing & dispatch: foam-cradled, double-boxed and tracked.
